This role is only open to candidates currently living in Oklahoma but outside the vicinity of our physical centers.   • Compensation & Incentives
  • Base Compensation: $78,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
  • Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time

Qualifications

  • Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision
  • Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
  • Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided
  • Required: OLicensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable. Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable - REQUIRED
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience
  • Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
  • Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player

This is a hybrid telehealth position open only to residents of Oklahoma. While the position is administratively tied to our corporate office, the work is primarily hybrid.
