Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking passionate, articulate, and customer-centric professionals to join our expanding team as Remote Customer Support Representatives. This is a fully remote opportunity based in the United Arab Emirates, designed for individuals who excel at problem-solving, communication, and delivering exceptional service from the comfort of their own home. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will handle a diverse array of passenger inquiries, ranging from flight reservations and itinerary modifications to baggage claims, loyalty program questions, and general travel information. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring every passenger feels heard, valued, and supported.
  • Address and resolve a wide spectrum of customer concerns, including but not limited to flight bookings, schedule changes, cancellations, upgrades, seat assignments, baggage inquiries, special assistance requests, refund processing, and general travel information.
  • Listen actively and empathetically to passengers, demonstrating genuine understanding and tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of arenaflex services, policies, procedures, fare rules, loyalty programs, and promotional offers to provide accurate, timely, and compliant information.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems, reservation platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools efficiently to document interactions, retrieve relevant information, and update passenger records.
  • Collaborate proactively with colleagues across departments, including operations, baggage handling, loyalty program teams, and airport stations, to ensure seamless issue resolution and an exceptional end-to-end passenger experience.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate supervisors or specialized teams, and contribute valuable feedback to continuous improvement initiatives.
