Remote Medicare Sales Agent (1099) – FREE Inbound Leads, Experienced Agents Only

Senior Solutions Marketing Group is seeking experienced Medicare sales agents who are ready to increase production in a structured, performance-driven environment. This role is built for agents who want to focus on selling while leveraging a fully developed system that removes common operational bottlenecks such as lead generation, client service, and backend processing. Agents are provided high-intent inbound leads at no upfront cost, along with direct access to internal support teams that handle post-sale client needs. This is not an entry-level role. Applicants must have prior Medicare sales experience and be able to operate independently. What We Provide

Technology & Training Environment Agents operate within a fully integrated Microsoft ecosystem, including:

  • Custom CRM (Medicare-specific workflow)
  • Microsoft Teams Enterprise (daily communication, live support, collaboration)
  • SharePoint access for:
  • Training modules
  • Scripts and process documentation
  • Ongoing updates and resources

Training is self-paced and always accessible, allowing agents to refine skills, stay current on compliance, and improve performance without being pulled off the phone. Carrier Access & Product Portfolio Agents have access to top-rated national carriers including UHC, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, WellCare, and others. In addition to Medicare products, agents are positioned to cross-sell:

  • Hospital Indemnity
  • Cancer, Heart Attack, and Stroke plans
  • Final Expense

Cross-selling is a core part of the model and allows agents to increase per-client value and overall earnings efficiently. Support Structure

  • Dedicated Customer Care Team responsible for:
  • Post-sale client service
  • Enrollment follow-up
  • Issue resolution
  • Retention support
  • Denver-based office team
  • Experienced remote 1099 managers available for support and escalations

This structure allows agents to remain focused on sales activity rather than service-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance License
  • Minimum of 10+ states licensed
  • Prior experience selling:
  • Medicare Advantage (MAPD)
  • DSNP / CSNP plans
  • Strong understanding of CMS compliance guidelines and enrollment process
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently

Performance Expectations (Required)

  • Minimum 25 hours of talk time per week
  • Consistent availability for inbound lead activity
  • Ongoing production required to maintain access to:
  • Leads
  • CRM system
  • Company tools and support infrastructure

This is a production-based role. Agents must be comfortable operating in a high-activity sales environment.

  • 1099 (Independent Contractor)

Work Environment & Equipment Requirements This is a fully remote position. Agents are responsible for maintaining a professional and reliable work setup.

  • Desktop computer required (laptops are not preferred)
  • High-speed, stable internet connection (hardwired preferred; minimum 50 Mbps recommended)
  • USB or Bluetooth headset suitable for daily call volume
  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment for handling client calls

Agents must be able to maintain consistent system performance and call quality while meeting talk time expectations. Failure to maintain required equipment and connectivity may impact access to leads and company systems.
