About This Role This role serves as a champion, change agent and subject matter expert committed to creating a culture of inclusion. Ensures that diversity, equity and inclusion principles, practices and processes are embedded across the talent life cycle and work environment. • Collaborate with key stakeholders in the strategic planning, design, implementation and monitoring of key diversity, equity and inclusion programs throughout the talent life cycle, ensuring plans are reputed company with our philosophy, talent development frameworks and organizational strategies and goals.
• Build trusted partnerships with key country, business and People & Places leaders and teams, and Impact Groups to ensure partnership in the design of strategic D&I plans as well as any bespoke programming.
• Establish a set of consistent metrics and reporting to reputed company leaders to assess performance, inform reputed company on how to reputed company objectives, and assess the ROI.
• Regularly measure, analyze, report and present data, highlighting areas of strength and weakness, providing consultative support to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement.
