Position Overview

We are actively seeking meticulous, self‑motivated individuals to fill the role of Workforce Management (WFM) Data Entry Specialist on a part‑time, remote basis. In this position, you will be the guardian of the data that drives workforce planning, scheduling, and performance analytics across arenaflex’s extensive operations. Your work will directly influence how teams are staffed, how resources are allocated, and how the company maintains its reputation for speed and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain employee‑related data—including schedules, attendance records, and performance metrics—within the arenaflex WFM system.
  • Conduct routine data validation checks to ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance with internal data‑governance policies.
  • Generate and distribute standard and ad‑hoc reports that provide actionable insights on workforce utilization, coverage gaps, and productivity trends.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (e.g., Operations, HR, Finance, and IT) to gather source data, resolve discrepancies, and support strategic planning initiatives.
  • Assist senior WFM analysts in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending data‑driven improvements to scheduling algorithms and staffing models.
  • Respond promptly to internal inquiries regarding data accuracy, report interpretation, and system functionality.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and certification programs to stay current with the latest workforce management tools and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas to continuous‑improvement forums, helping to shape the future of arenaflex’s data‑centric culture.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is a strong advantage.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles. Prior exposure to workforce management concepts or tools (e.g., Kronos, NICE, or custom arenaflex platforms) is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning functions). Familiarity with database query tools (SQL) or data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to maintain high data integrity, spot anomalies, and correct errors without supervision.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex data findings in clear, concise language.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines while handling multiple data streams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, remote environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Certification in data management, such as Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
  • Experience with cloud‑based collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Understanding of basic statistical concepts to assist in trend analysis and forecasting.
  • Prior experience working in a remote or virtual team setting, demonstrating self‑discipline and reliable internet connectivity.
  • Fluency in a second language, which can support arenaflex’s multilingual operations.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Data Accuracy & Integrity: Commitment to error‑free data entry and rigorous validation processes.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data trends, recognize patterns, and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork orientation, with a willingness to share knowledge and support peers across time zones.
