Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input and maintain financial records, including accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, and equipment inventory, ensuring precision and compliance with internal controls.
  • Document Management: Organize, file, and retrieve confidential employee and departmental documents, adhering to established record‑keeping protocols.
  • Report Preparation: Copy, collate, and assemble reports, mailing lists, meeting packets, and other correspondence for internal and external distribution.
