Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Experience & Business Support Specialist you will be the welcoming face of arenaflex at one of our premier residential sites, Raheja Ascencio in Powai, Mumbai. You will be the trusted point of contact for tenants, guests, and internal teams, ensuring that every interaction reflects arenaflex’s commitment to excellence, hospitality, and proactive problem‑solving. Your role is pivotal in translating tenant feedback into actionable improvements, fostering a community where residents feel heard, valued, and safe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and visitors, delivering courteous, professional service at all times.
  • Coordinate with property management, maintenance, security, and other internal departments to resolve service requests, complaints, and emergencies promptly.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of the premises, identifying and reporting any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or service gaps to the relevant teams.
  • Facilitate and document customer feedback surveys, compile comprehensive reports, and present findings to senior management for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end complaint lifecycle: log, prioritize, investigate, resolve, and close each case while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, maintenance logs (MMR, DMR), complaint trackers, and performance dashboards.
  • Oversee the handover/takeover register at shift change, ensuring seamless transition of pending and completed tasks.
  • Participate in on‑site and arenaflex‑wide training programs, sharing knowledge and best practices with peers.
  • Assist in organizing community events, guest handling, and general property activities that enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Respond to emergency situations in accordance with arenaflex policies, contacting appropriate authorities and documenting actions taken.
  • Manage lost‑and‑found procedures, ensuring items are logged, stored securely, and returned to owners efficiently.
  • Monitor email and phone communications for priority requests, ensuring timely acknowledgment and resolution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, front‑desk, or client‑service roles, OR 2–3 years in a customer‑facing position within real‑estate or related sectors.
  • Educational background in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, both spoken and written, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complaints, mediate disputes, and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy; familiarity with mobile applications and property‑management software is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the residential community.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience in a high‑rise residential or mixed‑use property environment.
  • Certification in Customer Service Excellence or Hospitality Management.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and emergency response protocols relevant to residential properties.
