Position Overview: Remote Chat Sales Closer for Personal Brand Clients
We are actively hiring motivated, high-energy individuals to join arenaflex as entry-level Chat Sales Specialists. In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled client success team, working on behalf of one of our premium clients — typically a respected business coach — to spark authentic conversations and sell coaching programs through direct messaging on social media platforms. - 2 hours of strategic follow-ups — Reconnecting with warm leads, answering questions, and building momentum toward a sale.
- 2 hours of organic account growth — Engaging with target audiences through comments, likes, and shares to expand the client's reach and generate new lead opportunities.
- 1.5 hours of active lead engagement and closing — Responding to inbound interest, overcoming objections, and finalizing sales with high-intent prospects.
- 30 minutes of management and team communication — Reporting on daily metrics, syncing with your team, and participating in brief strategy sessions.

- Full-time availability — 8 hours per day on weekdays, plus additional weekend hours as scheduled.
- Residency in any Latin American country or Brazil — This role is exclusively for candidates located in the region.
