Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

  • Maintain a tidy checkout area, ensuring counters and shelves are clean, well‑merchandised, and stocked.

Pharmacy Operations Support

  • Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision with prescription entry, verification, and dispensing using arenaflex pharmacy systems.
  • Retrieve, count, and pour pharmaceutical drugs, double‑checking for correct medication, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
  • Report any prescription errors immediately to the pharmacist on duty and follow the arenaflex Quality Improvement Program.
  • Handle non‑clinical telephone calls, including communications with physicians and third‑party payers.
  • Process manual claims for third‑party prescription services, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Support inventory management: receive shipments, unpack, price merchandise, conduct cycle counts, and assist with stock rotation using the first‑in‑first‑out (FIFO) method.

Essential Qualifications
