During the holiday season and throughout the year, our Business Gift Division processes thousands of high‑value orders for corporate clients, consumer gift programs, and treasury‑batch transactions. The Seasonal Data Entry Associate / Order Blaster is the backbone of this operation, ensuring that every order is captured accurately, formatted correctly, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming Excel‑based orders (both macro‑enabled and standard worksheets) with speed and precision.
  • Reformat Excel orders to match internal templates, ensuring consistency across all data fields.
  • Create and maintain user profiles for each new Excel order, linking them to the appropriate client accounts.
  • Enter paper‑based orders from both Consumer and Business Gift divisions, meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
  • Handle Treasury Batch orders efficiently, adhering to strict compliance timelines.
  • Generate and update Customer Gift History lists, providing accurate historical data for sales and marketing teams.
  • Enter catalog requests, address changes, and other supplemental information into the central database.
  • Manage inbound communications (email, internal chat, and ticketing) promptly, maintaining a professional tone and ensuring all queries are resolved.
  • Continuously monitor and refresh product knowledge using arenaflex’s internal knowledge base and training resources.
  • Support special projects for various departments, delivering data‑driven insights and ad‑hoc reporting as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
  • Medium to advanced proficiency with arenaflex Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook equivalents).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
