Your Role: Shaping the Future of Digital Advertising

As a Strategic Digital Advertising Account Manager at arenaflex, you will take ownership of a curated portfolio of top-tier consumer electronics advertisers. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, guiding them from initial outreach through long-term partnership development. You will own the entire advertising revenue cycle for your portfolio, working closely with a cross-functional team of account managers, data analysts, designers, and operational specialists. Your leadership will drive sustainable revenue growth, deepen client relationships, and position arenaflex as the preferred advertising partner for global brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Pipeline Development: Build, manage, and optimize robust sales pipelines to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Product Presentation and Sales: Present and sell arenaflex’s comprehensive advertising products, including brand placements, advanced targeting solutions, and direct response advertising across mobile, desktop, and proprietary device ecosystems.
  • Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop and execute clear, actionable strategies for sustained revenue growth within your portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maximize and deepen client relationships, focusing on growing advertiser businesses through arenaflex solutions.
  • Multi-Level Engagement: Cultivate relationships at all organizational levels within advertising agencies and brand teams, enhancing arenaflex’s partnership value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with account managers and operational teams to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Legal Requirement: Must hold a Certificado de Discapacidad issued by the Administration in Spain, pursuant to Royal Decree 1/2013, Nov 29 (express legal provision to reserve 2%).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in online marketing, digital advertising, or related positions.
  • Sales Achievement: Proven track record of consistently reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through both new business acquisition and existing account growth.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a highly dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience selling within the digital advertising space is highly desirable.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
