Key Responsibilities

  • Own a defined territory and a portfolio of assigned clients, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue‑based quotas through renewals, upsell opportunities, and new contract acquisition.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecast, providing visibility to leadership on pipeline health and revenue projections.
  • Achieve mastery of arenaflex’s product suite and technical service offerings, enabling you to assess client requirements, recommend optimal solutions, and articulate clear ROI.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns or roadblocks that hinder product adoption, working closely with internal support teams to ensure swift resolution.
  • Navigate competitive pressures by handling objections, positioning arenaflex as the preferred partner, and retaining or winning customers in a high‑stakes environment.
  • Execute a high volume of outbound communications—phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings—while maintaining a professional, customer‑centric tone.
  • Maintain meticulous records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all interactions, opportunities, and outcomes are captured for strategic analysis.
  • Participate in core sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and acting as the “voice of the customer” during contract renewal discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated sales manager and cross‑functional teammates—including marketing, product, and customer success—to deliver a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Continuously seek out learning opportunities to stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices that can enhance your selling effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑facing sales or service role, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing personal and team sales quotas, with a focus on renewal and upsell metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage high‑volume outbound calling campaigns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to inform sales strategies and forecast accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

  • Ability to commute to arenaflex’s Nashville, TN hub (or work remotely where applicable) and flexibility to adapt to hybrid work arrangements.

  • Certification or training in consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).
  • Exposure to data‑driven sales enablement tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, or Gong.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
