Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a dynamic, commercially‑oriented Strategic Customer Success Manager with deep expertise in the HR technology space. This role is pivotal to our mission of revolutionizing talent solutions through our flagship products, arenaflex Select and arenaflex Develop. You will not only nurture existing client relationships but also drive revenue growth through renewals, expansions, and strategic partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Expansion

  • Identify and cultivate upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within an assigned portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets tied to renewals and expansion.
  • Develop account plans that align arenaflex solutions with each client’s long‑term business objectives.

Customer Engagement & Advocacy

  • Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic accounts, representing the customer voice across internal teams.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that highlight value realization, product adoption metrics, and roadmap alignment.
  • Facilitate seamless handoffs between Sales, Implementation, and Support to ensure a frictionless customer journey.

Renewal & Expansion Cycle Management

  • Own the end‑to‑end renewal process, from early risk identification through contract negotiation and signing.
  • Leverage health‑monitoring dashboards to proactively address churn signals and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to surface feature requests and influence product direction based on real‑world usage.

Product & Market Expertise

  • Maintain deep, up‑to‑date knowledge of arenaflex Select, arenaflex Develop, and emerging product enhancements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in HR tech, recruiting, HCM, and learning management systems (LMS) to provide strategic counsel.
  • Educate customers on new releases, demonstrating ROI and best‑practice adoption.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Act as a subject‑matter expert within the Customer Success organization, coaching junior CSMs and sharing best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable processes, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Participate in cross‑functional initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the customer lifecycle.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SaaS Customer Success experience, specifically with HR technology solutions (Recruiting, HCM, LMS, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing a large portfolio of accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth through renewals and expansions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data‑driven insights to influence strategy and decision‑making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders (e.g., CHRO, VP of Talent, HR Directors).
