Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Remote Data Entry & Travel Customer Experience Specialist to join our expanding remote team. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Information Management

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain client profiles, booking details, and travel preferences within arenaflex's CRM and proprietary booking systems.
  • Review all entries for completeness, consistency, and compliance with company data standards before finalizing records.
  • Handle sensitive client information, including payment details and personal identifiers, with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies, working proactively to ensure database accuracy at all times.
  • Generate routine reports to support operational decision-making and track key performance metrics related to bookings and client interactions.

Customer Service & Client Communication

  • Engage with clients through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels to understand their unique travel preferences, budgets, and goals.
  • Provide personalized recommendations on destinations, accommodations, transportation options, excursions, and seasonal activities tailored to each client.
  • Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Build long-term client relationships by delivering consistently excellent service that encourages repeat business and referrals.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients regarding travel documentation, visa requirements, and destination-specific safety considerations.

Booking, Scheduling & Itinerary Coordination

  • Make reservations across multiple travel categories including flights, hotels, vacation rentals, rental cars, guided tours, cruises, and specialty experiences.
  • Coordinate complex itineraries that align with client schedules, budget constraints, and personal interests.
  • Confirm all bookings with vendors and clients, ensuring clear communication of details, pricing, and policies.

Destination Research & Industry Awareness

Administrative & Operational Support

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, tourism, communications, or business is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is highly valued.
