HR Generalist/Recruiter (REMOTE)

Currently, 80% of the responsibilities will focus on recruitment, with the exciting opportunity to grow into an HR Generalist role over time. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (80%): Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and reputed company effective job descriptions; Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking; Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers; Maintain and update the applicant tracking system. HR Tasks (20%): Assist with reputed company new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company; Support the HR team with employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes; Help maintain HR policies and procedures; Assist in administrative HR tasks as required; Assist with other HR projects and initiatives. What Skills and Competencies Will Help You Succeed in This Role: Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong focus on sourcing and attracting talent; Knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers; Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software; experience with social media reputed company is a plus; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Results-driven reputed company focused on achieving recruitment goals and delivering high-quality candidates; Fluent in English (reputed company level) to effectively communicate with stakeholders. reputed company offer: Remote first culture; Generous holiday allowance; Competitive Benefits & Perks system; Salary paid in stablecoins; The team works on CET timezone and at least 80% of overlap is required.
