• Job Description:
- Supports the team in the development and execution of strategies and frameworks directly reputed company to reputed company-level operating model definition, reputed company-level organization design, in-function / cross-functional process improvement
- Contributes to key deliverables and proactively manages their own and others’ work against core timelines
- Leverages strategies and frameworks developed by the team to shape their own deliverables with some reputed company
- reputed company to produce high-quality, accurate drafts of core documents such as project frameworks, project plans, and project analysis
- Builds strong working relationships by listening actively, seeking input, and valuing different perspectives
- Applies analytical capabilities to in-flight programs and initiatives, identifying basic trends and patterns in data or outcomes
- Supports the team in proactively identifying everyday challenges and proposing practical solutions
- Communicates clearly and respectfully - both in writing and in conversation
- Shows up with professionalism and confidence, demonstrating self-awareness and a respectful approach in team interactions
- Embraces change with a learning reputed company by adapting to new priorities, accepting feedback, and seeking opportunities to grow.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of proven experience in organization design, change management, or business transformation
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation capabilities with proven ability to influence senior leaders
- Ability to build trust and drive alignment across diverse and matrixed stakeholder groups.
- Experience in a consulting or reputed company-level organizational effectiveness function preferred.
