  • Assist guests with hotel reservations, casino floor inquiries, event information, and, where applicable, arenaflexPlay account support.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate by promoting relevant arenaflex offerings, such as room upgrades, special promotions, and upcoming events.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures to resolve issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate arenaflex property teams when necessary.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system, capturing key details that help improve future guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with team leads and fellow agents to share insights, best practices, and updates on property‑specific changes.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and a strong attendance record, contributing to a dependable remote workforce.
