Role Overview

We are seeking a personable, enthusiastic Insurance Customer Service Representative to join the arenaflex team. This pivotal role blends client‑facing communication, claims assistance, and policy administration. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued policyholders, guiding them through the complexities of insurance coverage, supporting claim submissions, and facilitating renewals. Key Responsibilities

  • Claims Support: Assist clients in reporting claims, gather all necessary documentation, and coordinate with adjusters to ensure timely processing.
  • Policy Maintenance: Record updates, endorsements, and changes in the client’s account, maintaining an accurate book of business.
  • Renewal Management: Proactively reach out to clients ahead of renewal dates, provide competitive quotes, and explain any coverage modifications.
  • Client Communication: Deliver clear, concise answers to coverage and billing inquiries, including explanations of rate fluctuations and policy adjustments.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current on insurance standards, carrier products, and regulatory changes by regularly engaging with industry partners and internal teams.

Essential Qualifications

  • Active insurance license in Minnesota or willingness to obtain licensure within 30 days of hire.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating complex insurance concepts into understandable language.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive follow‑up mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort navigating insurance management software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an insurance agent, customer service representative, or in a related insurance role.
  • Familiarity with personal and commercial lines of insurance, including home, auto, and business coverage.

Compensation, Perks, & Benefits

Base Salary: $45,000+ yearly, dependent on experience (DOE).
