[Remote] Paid Media Coordinator

They are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to support their direct-response media buying team with data management, reporting, and campaign operations. This role involves maintaining performance tracking, compiling performance data, conducting competitive research, and collaborating with Media Buyers to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update performance tracking across platforms (reputed company Ads, reputed company, Bing), ensuring accuracy in spend, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
• Document and organize A/B test results across creative, reputed company pages, and audiences to support ongoing optimization
• Ensure consistency in campaign naming conventions and UTM tracking
• Identify and flag data discrepancies or anomalies for review
• Pull and compile performance data from GA4 and advertising platforms on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Support the creation of performance reports and summaries used in team syncs and strategy discussions
• Monitor key metrics (CVR, CPA, funnel performance) to maintain clear visibility into campaign performance
• Track and maintain competitive intelligence across ads, messaging, and offers
• Monitor platforms such as reputed company Ad Library and reputed company Ads Transparency Center to identify trends and new competitors
• Research keyword trends and seasonal patterns reputed company the health and wellness space
• Monitor ad account issues (disapprovals, delivery errors) and flag for resolution
• Organize and maintain creative assets with clear tagging and categorization
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
• Work closely with Media Buyers to support campaign execution and reputed company exposure to testing and optimization strategies

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency in reputed company Sheets or reputed company
• Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly (GA4, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads Manager)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity about digital marketing and performance advertising
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Internship, coursework, or exposure to digital marketing, advertising, or analytics
• Familiarity with paid media platforms (reputed company Ads, reputed company, Bing)
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion reputed company
