Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing and implementing appropriate team structures to complete program implementation, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with client executive leadership, reputed company delivery teams, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration
• Leading the Joint Application Development (JAD) process, driving alignment on requirements and functionality, and ensuring that reputed company stakeholders are informed and engaged
• Soliciting, reviewing, analyzing, and creating business requirements, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet customer needs and expectations

Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in soliciting, reviewing, analyzing, and writing functional and non-functional business requirements, with a focus on delivering high-quality results that meet customer needs and expectations

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in the reputed company industry, with a focus on claims, provider, or member data, and a deep understanding of industry trends and regulations
• 2+ years of experience managing project controls, including issues, risks, requirements, scope, and schedules, with a focus on delivering results that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
• Experience maintaining visibility on day-to-day activities with project teams and ensuring sufficient facetime with key executive stakeholders, with a focus on building relationships and driving collaboration
