Job Description:

- Establish and monitor benchmarks and metrics for team performance
- Provide innovative solutions to reputed company strategic goals
- Cultivate relationships with reinsurers and clients
- Manage audit processes and quality standards

- Prepare detailed reports and portfolio analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 10+ years’ experience in reputed company Medical Insurance claims roles (Medical Stop Loss or Medical Excess)
- 5+ years of medical program claims experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Advanced knowledge in reputed company Office tools – Outlook, reputed company, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable
- Ability to travel
