[Remote] Accounts Payable Analyst II

They are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst II to process and analyze accounts payable transactions, maintain reputed company records, and assist in reputed company procedures and audit requests.

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze accounts payable transactions, and input figures into the reputed company system
• Reconcile balances and maintain reputed company records
• Ensure transactions are timely and accurate, and that expenses are accurately coded and allocated
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis
• Respond to inquiries from vendors or employees and research and resolve concerns or discrepancies
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company procedures and audit requests

Skills

• Two (2) year/associate degree in business, reputed company or reputed company field
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
• Must have good communication skills and be reputed company to work independently
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
