Deliver an exceptional borrower experience while coordinating reputed company stakeholders to on-time settlements. In This Role You Will:Process loans from set-up through closing in an organized and timely manner Assist with Post-closing issues Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and title Review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy Review title, legal, and settlement documents Build relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer service Communicate with transaction stakeholders Maintain an individual pipeline of loans Requirements:3+ years of title and/or mortgage experience Strong experience reviewing title documents Prior experience with reputed company-preferred Proficiency with Outlook and reputed company products Strong reputed company Office experience Experience lending directly to LLCs is a plus Must be incredibly detail-oriented Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills Advanced verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills reputed company estate knowledge is a plus Strong work ethic and can-do attitude Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance reputed company insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off While At Dominion You Will Enjoy:Company outings & social events Virtual events Companywide competitions and raffles Personal financial workshops Orioles season tickets Apply To This Job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
