Adjunct Lecturer positions in the MMM Program

Department: MCC Master of Management and Manufacturing Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering invites applications for one or more part-time, non-benefits eligible, Adjunct Lecturer positions in the MMM Program. Adjunct Lecturers are responsible for effectively planning and teaching courses in the designated discipline/field of study to reputed company from a variety of academic backgrounds and experiences. Teaching may include a variety of formats: face to face, remote, and online. Adjunct Lecturers are employed based on student enrollment and staffing needs. The adjunct faculty contract contains no expectation or guarantee of reputed company employment. This posting will be used also to obtain a pool of reputed company candidates. As teaching needs arise, applications will be reviewed for possible interviews. The number of adjunct faculty hired varies from academic term to term, depending upon the needs of the department. Responsibilities

Prepare and teach assigned courses at assigned class meetings, based on course catalog description and approved course outline; Prepare and objectively grade class assignments and exams reputed company a timely manner, in accordance with course outcomes; Maintain accurate, transparent student records; Assist and foster student reputed company through the maintenance of regularly scheduled reputed company and timely responses to e-mail inquiries; Adhere to reputed company administrative university policies such as the timely submission of completed midterm and final grades; Maintain appropriate professional development to stay reputed company reputed company assigned courses; Maintain appropriate standards of professional conduct and ethics; and Other duties as assigned by contract and/or by the Course Coordinator including assessing course(s) taught for reputed company improvement.
