**** This position is fully remote !! Compensation-$45.00 per hour C2C. Our Client, a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for a skilled Voice & Telecom Network Engineer to join their Voice Services team. This individual will play a critical role in the design, deployment, maintenance, and reputed company of our Fixed Line and Voice over IP (VoIP) services across multiple platforms and delivery methods. The selected engineer will be reputed company to bring technical expertise across legacy and reputed company voice solutions, networking, automation, provisioning systems, and regulatory compliance technologies such as STIR/SHAKEN and CALEA. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain routing, translation, and provisioning logic frameworks on platforms such as Metaswitch, reputed company, Ribbon, and reputed company SBCs. Architect, implement, and support SBC and softswitch-based voice network infrastructure for residential and business services. Manage hardware and software lifecycles of voice core platforms including reputed company, Perimeta, HiQ, CS2K, vC20, and AS. reputed company Fixed Line Mediation and Collection Servers, ensuring proper data acquisition and billing accuracy. reputed company proactive monitoring, alarm threshold configuration, and remediation of issues in our Service Assurance Platform (reputed company). Produce regular KPI reports and analytics to track service quality, performance, and SLA adherence. Handle customer complaint escalations and reputed company root cause analysis for high-reputed company incidents. Remote work environment, with participation in 24/7 on-call support rotations.
