Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Call Management: Answer calls using an automated system, address general to moderately complex inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate specialist when necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: Research member or provider questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide clear, concise solutions while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • CRM Documentation: Log every interaction in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing platform, ensuring accurate records and timely follow‑up.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to follow up on pending issues, confirm resolutions, or gather additional information as directed by business needs.
  • Application Assistance: Guide callers through online application processes, helping them complete forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and leadership to share insights, flag recurring issues, and improve overall service quality.
  • Compliance & Privacy: Maintain strict adherence to privacy regulations and program‑specific policies, safeguarding sensitive information at all times.
  • Continuous Learning: Complete all assigned training modules, stay current on policy updates, and actively participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Submit accurate timesheets, report technical problems through the designated online system, and follow the established schedule.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of proven customer service experience in a call‑center, help‑desk, or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer software, CRM tools, and telephone technology.
  • Ability to pass a speed test on speedtest.net with at least 60 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, especially when handling moderately complex scenarios.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity.
  • Self‑motivation to work independently while also thriving as a collaborative team member.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Experience with help‑desk software such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
