Position Overview: Remote Customer Experience Specialist – Corporate Travel

arenaflex is seeking dedicated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Remote Customer Experience Specialists for our corporate travel division. As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our corporate clients, handling a wide range of travel inquiries, reservations, itinerary changes, and customer support needs. You will work closely with travel partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every client interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care. Key Responsibilities

  • Primary Client Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients, responding promptly and professionally to travel inquiries, booking requests, and itinerary modifications via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Personalized Travel Assistance: Provide tailored recommendations, insights, and travel expertise to help clients make informed decisions about destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel logistics.
  • Booking and Reservation Management: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel partners to secure bookings, confirm reservations, and ensure all travel arrangements align with client preferences and company policies.
  • Itinerary Planning and Updates: Create, modify, and maintain detailed travel itineraries for business clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all travel documents and confirmations.
  • Problem Resolution: Anticipate, identify, and address any issues or disruptions that may arise before, during, or after travel — including flight cancellations, hotel overbookings, and last-minute changes — providing prompt and effective solutions to minimize inconvenience.
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination: Liaise with travel suppliers and vendors to negotiate rates, confirm availability, and resolve any service-related concerns on behalf of clients.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities using arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) systems and internal databases.

Essential Qualifications
