Position Overview – CPC Processor I (Customer Support)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused CPC Processor I to join our remote call‑center team. In this role, you will be the reputed company‑line liaison for patients, insurance representatives, attorneys, and other stakeholders who need timely access to medical records. Your primary responsibility is to ensure accurate, confidential, and efficient handling of release‑of‑information (ROI) requests while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a full‑time, remote position with a set schedule of Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 am – 7:30 pm. You will work in a high‑volume production environment, leveraging dual monitors and modern software tools to document and track each interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
