[Remote] Temporary, Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a temporary Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle high volume inbound calls and emails, providing reputed company and accurate information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Providing reputed company and accurate information in a courteous and professional manner to customers
• Cross trained in both call center and application processing

Skills

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• This position requires the applicant to pass a Bilingual Assessment. Must be fluent in English/Spanish
• 6+ Months experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy, and consideration for the customer's concerns
• High speed internet access (Minimum 10MB upload speed, 100MB download speed)
• You must use a provided ethernet cord and be hard wired into your server from the router/modem. You will not be reputed company to use Wi-Fi or a hot spot
• Must have personal device (smartphone or tablet) to be reputed company to download an Authentication App
• Private workspace or home office free of distractions and reputed company noise
• Must have the ability to show reputed company and compassion reputed company dealing with an upset, or difficult customer while maintaining professionalism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fast learner, ability to maintain an in-depth understanding of the training curriculum
• Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
• Efficient time management skills
• Residents of the state of New Jersey preferred
• Prior Experience In a High-volume Call Center Preferred
• Detail-oriented with reputed company attention to program compliance requirements, record keeping guidelines, and file closeout expectations
• Ability to reputed company mathematical operations such as calculating percentages and working with large numbers
• Ability to use analytical skills to interpret and evaluate information
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong customer service skills and knowledge of customer service best practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of program information
• Proficiency with reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and Internet
