[Remote] Senior Paid Media Manager

They are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to reputed company the multi-channel paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across digital and offline channels, driving scalable acquisition and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Own cross-channel strategy and performance across paid social, display, video, affiliates, and offline media
- Drive channel mix optimization to maximize incremental pipeline and reputed company impact
- Align channel strategies to personas, segments, and funnel stages
- Evaluate and optimize channel performance based on business outcomes (pipeline, reputed company, CAC)
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale across channels
- Evaluate channel contribution and incrementality to inform investment reputed company
- Own and optimize a multi-channel media budget, reallocating investment based on incremental returns across channels and segments
- Align channel investment to reputed company-level pipeline and reputed company goals
- Support forecasting and performance planning tied to business outcomes
- Build and own a structured experimentation roadmap to drive scalable growth
- Test new channels, formats, audiences, and creative strategies
- Partner closely with reputed company Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales to align on growth targets, feedback loops, and performance insights
- Establish strong feedback loops to inform optimization and performance insights
- Ensure tight integration across paid efforts to improve full-funnel performance
Skills
- 7-10+ years in performance marketing across multiple paid channels
- Proven ability to scale multi-channel acquisition programs
- Strong analytical reputed company with experience in attribution and experimentation
- Experience managing budgets with clear ROI accountability
- Ability to connect channel performance to business outcomes
- Experience using AI and AI-reputed company technologies
