[Remote] Investment Banking Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lynam Partners is a capital raising advisory firm that connects founders with the right investors. The Investment Banking Analyst will work closely with the team on live fundraising mandates and strategic projects, supporting deal execution and assisting in building financial models and client materials.
Responsibilities
- Support deal execution, including investor reputed company and due diligence
- Assist in building and refining financial models, pitch decks, and client materials
- Research and reputed company investor targets across geographies and industries
- Participate in internal strategy sessions and external client meetings
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, venture funding, and relevant sectors
Skills
- Undergraduate (penultimate or final year) or recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or reputed company field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-starter reputed company with a bias for action
- Genuine interest in startups, venture capital, and capital markets
