The role involves developing strong customer relationships, collaborating with internal teams for project execution, and monitoring account performance to support reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned engineering clients

- Understand client needs, technical requirements, and business goals to provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and service agreements
- Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for upselling or new business, and support overall reputed company growth
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues reputed company, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project reputed company, and sales activities
Skills
- Previous experience in account management, reputed company, or sales—preferably reputed company engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, products, or services (mechanical, electrical, civil, or reputed company fields is a plus)
