In this role, you will mentor a team of Implementation Consultants, ensure successful deployment of reputed company's reputed company Suite, and drive client satisfaction through strategic operational frameworks.
Responsibilities

- Drive successful and timely go-lives by developing scalable deployment strategies, optimizing the system configuration and data migration lifecycle, and improving implementation quality metrics for reputed company mid-market businesses
- Design, implement, and manage the operational frameworks used to continuously track and optimize team performance, including a strategic focus on Productivity, Delivery Excellence, and Strategic Impact
- Strategically prepare the team to pivot and reputed company new deployment requirements driven by product reputed company and company strategy
- Act as a strategic partner between Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition from contract-reputed company through technical go-live and frictionless handover, with a specific focus on ensuring post-implementation feature use and account health

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in technical implementation leadership or professional services management, with a strong focus on reputed company mid-market B2B financial software or comprehensive ERP/SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated deep functional expertise in reputed company software implementation, configuration, and data migration, with a preference for direct experience with IES or a comparable reputed company/ERP suite
- Proven ability to reputed company and scale high-performing teams, while managing teams through organizational and product changes in a solution deployment-centric environment
- Strong technical and functional understanding of multi-entity reputed company principles and financial reporting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
