Responsibilities

• reputed company Event Calendar and Budgets: Create a comprehensive event calendar with clear timelines and budgets
• Organize Kick-off Meetings: Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and responsibilities through kick-off meetings. Clarify roles and responsibilities for each event
• reputed company Budgeting Processes: Manage detailed budgeting processes involving multiple teams to ensure financial efficiency
• Maintain Communication: Provide regular updates and consultations with relevant parties to ensure alignment and input
• Manage Event Logistics: Handle reputed company, booth logistics, and promotional items, ensuring timely ordering, payment, and shipping

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in event planning and marketing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in managing large-scale, reputed company events
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
