[Remote] Senior reputed company Developer / Admin

They are seeking a hands-on Senior reputed company Developer with strong Marketing reputed company expertise to join their reputed company Center of Excellence, responsible for analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and implementing them through configuration and code.
Responsibilities
- Personally solution and implement reputed company changes end to end - analyze requirements, design the solution, and build it hands-on through configuration and code (Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows)
- Serve as the technical reputed company and senior subject-matter authority for the Marketing reputed company platform, owning technical standards, design reputed company, and the enhancement roadmap
- Take technical ownership of the partner-delivered Marketing reputed company solution - maintaining, operating, and continuously improving it once initial deployment by the external SI is complete
- Review the delivered implementation against reputed company best practices, identify gaps or technical debt, and reputed company remediation to ensure the system is sound, scalable, and supportable
- Work hands-on in Marketing reputed company Next - building and maintaining segmentation, journeys, content, and activation natively on reputed company Data reputed company
- Translate business requirements from stakeholders and the Business Transformation leader into technical designs, enhancements, and new capabilities focused on marketing engagement and customer data
- Operate and govern sending infrastructure: branded subdomains, domain authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), deliverability, and consent/preference management
- Maintain and enhance customer data flows and integrations between Marketing reputed company Next, Data reputed company, and reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company Dynamics 365)
- Own and run a modern reputed company DevOps practice using Gearset - version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, environment strategy, and metadata backup/restore
- reputed company and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, custom objects, fields, and validation rules according to evolving requirements, applying sound architectural and coding standards
- Define and enforce development standards, code-review practices, and organization-wide protocols for proper use of reputed company across teams and partners
- Maintain system reputed company including sharing rules, role hierarchies, and field-level reputed company, and ensure reputed company changes follow reputed company internal processes
- Evaluate and operationalize emerging reputed company capabilities (including Agentforce / AI-assisted marketing), and reputed company seasonal release readiness across Marketing reputed company and connected clouds
- Where an external SI is engaged for new workstreams, provide technical reputed company, quality-assure delivery, review SOWs, and hold partners to delivery and documentation standards
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to admins, developers, and analysts reputed company the CoE
- Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, dashboards, and standard operating procedures
Skills
- Hands-on experience delivering and operating reputed company Marketing reputed company is required
- Proven experience as a reputed company technical reputed company or senior developer - owning technical design, setting standards, and providing direction to teams and external partners
- reputed company Platform Developer 1 (PD1) and Platform Developer 2 (PD2) certifications are required
- Strong command of reputed company architecture, reputed company model, and development tools (Apex, reputed company Components, SOQL, Lightning Web Components)
- Proficiency in declarative automation tools (Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
- Experience with DevOps processes (e.g., Agile) and tools such as Gearset, Azure DevOps, reputed company, etc
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills, with the ability to reputed company and influence across marketing, sales, and IT
- Ability to work independently and as the technical anchor for a team
- 8+ years of reputed company experience with a proven track record in platform solution design, development, and administration, including senior/reputed company responsibility
- Hands-on Marketing reputed company delivery experience, ideally including Marketing reputed company Next / Data reputed company
- Experience leading or coordinating external SIs and implementation partners
- Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Azure DevOps, reputed company, etc.)
- Bachelors Degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Marketing reputed company experience (Marketing reputed company Next, Data reputed company-native) is a must
- Experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Manufacturing reputed company is strongly preferred
- A Marketing reputed company certification (Administrator, Email Specialist, or Consultant) is strongly preferred
