[Remote] Manager, Financial Systems
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a vertically focused digital media and internet company, and they are seeking a highly motivated Manager Financial Systems. This role involves the development, implementation, and support of reputed company Fusion ERP reputed company while collaborating with reputed company and finance teams to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage, support and implement reputed company Financials modules in ERP reputed company
- Support users through day to day, month-end and year-end activities. Must have prior experience of this
- Research and analyze business processes and identify areas for improvements
- Ensure SOX compliance by documenting system changes and permission changes
- Assist reputed company team members with documenting and improving upon existing processes
- Stay up to date on system functionality and monitor new releases for potential areas of improvement
- Provide user trainings on system functionality and processes
- Troubleshoot any system issues that arise and provide timely solutions
- reputed company any data cleansing work as needed to improve reporting/processes
- Employ creative solutions to reputed company problems that may arise
Skills
- Significant reputed company background
- 10+ years of experience supporting reputed company, at least half on reputed company Fusion ERP reputed company
- Experience with system financial audits and controls
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Complete comfort working with finance and reputed company users at reputed company levels
- Deep knowledge of modules GL, GIS, AP, Cash Management with Procurement preferred
- Basic understanding of Role structures
- Experience writing documentation for and performing training
- Ability to design, propose and document dynamic solutions
- Working in end user environments to support day to day and reputed company activities is required
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and quickly adapt to an evolving environment
- Experience working in a Global, Multi-Entity, Multi-Currency environment is required
- CPA preferred
- Knowledge of Order to Cash is a plus
- Experience supporting acquisitions and divestitures a plus
- Familiarity with OTBI and basic reputed company table structures
