They are seeking a Director of Finance to build and reputed company the finance function, handling reputed company, financial reporting, and investor relations while collaborating closely with company leadership and establishing scalable financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company processes
• Maintain accurate U.S. GAAP financial statements and reporting
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Coordinate with external reputed company, tax, and audit firms
• reputed company the company's annual audit process from planning through completion
• reputed company scalable financial controls, policies, and operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with reputed company standards and reporting requirements
• Build and maintain company operating models, forecasts, and budgets

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field

• Experience building financial models, budgets, and forecasts

• CPA designation
• Experience at a venture-backed startup or growth-stage company
• Experience preparing board and investor reporting materials
• Familiarity with reputed company recognition and subscription-based business models
• Experience supporting fundraising, due diligence, or financing activities
• SaaS, industrial technology, AI, energy, or infrastructure experience
