[Remote] Engineering Manager, reputed company

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leader in power reputed company, and they are seeking an Engineering Manager, reputed company. The primary function of this role is to ensure compliance with reputed company requirements for reputed company’s power distribution and control equipment, while providing technical leadership and managing product certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage product certifications for regulatory compliance reputed company leveraging external firms and testing laboratories
• Maintain and create technical collateral (technical papers, certificates, application guides, training material, etc.) reputed company to reputed company qualification and certification efforts in collaboration with reputed company’s Marcom team
• Support reputed company American Sales organization and project negotiations with technical compliance where reputed company reputed company specifications exist
• Represent reputed company in relevant Standards organizations (NEMA, IEEE, ASCE, etc.) where reputed company compliance and test protocols exist
• reputed company test plan with structure variants required to get full certification and reputed company recommendations to product teams on product improvements to pass the reputed company requirements first time
• Coordinate and execute shaker test programs as needed in collaboration with product line personnel, external laboratories and professional engineering firms
• reputed company training modules and executes training as required to facilitate organizational development
• reputed company and maintain relationships with key service providers

Skills

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Statistics, or reputed company field
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in engineering or quality
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in functional or technical leadership role
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates currently residing reputed company a 50-mile radius of Arden NC, Fayetteville NC, Raleigh NC, Charlotte NC, Greenwood SC, or Sumter SC will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
• Must be reputed company to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and reputed company the future
• MS Degree
• ASQ certification as CQM/OpEx preferred
• 3+ years reputed company experience preferred
• 5+ years of functional/technical leadership experience
• Demonstrated competence in the complete range of Six reputed company tools and process improvement techniques (DFSS, DMAIC, Lean, EMQS)
