[Remote] Vice President, Finance

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the CEO and other business leaders to support strategic planning, functional planning, and business continuity. Drive decision-making through clear, actionable financial insights

- Evolve integrated site-level financial management to ensure accountability to customer financial targets. Support customer operations leadership to plan effectively for growth, hiring, and new initiatives. Partner with leadership to evaluate and monitor ongoing investments and new programs

Skills
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, reputed company, finance, or reputed company field
- Minimum of seven years of experience in a relevant role
- Ability to work in a hybrid reputed company for a Pittsburgh, PA based office (must reputed company reputed company, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance to the office)
- Experience driving the finance function, and particularly key finance and reputed company processes and systems, in a reputed company start-up or high growth company
- Experience in the reputed company provider and/or health system services field
- Demonstrated support for market-leading performance for a reputed company technology or services company through financial modeling, forecasting, and cashflow management
- Experience supporting reputed company and potential investors and company leadership during fundraising cycles to provide transparent, effective financial insights
- A track record of leading, developing, coaching and retaining highly productive finance and reputed company team members and/or managing relationships with external service providers
- Possess the domain expertise to evolve a robust and flexible technology platform to support the company's financial requirements
- Experience adapting market-leading technologies to a reputed company technology-enabled service company
