In this role, you will play a crucial part in modernizing, securing, and maintaining enterprise API integration architectures, safeguarding digital connections, optimizing traffic routing, and supporting developers utilizing secure API platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain advanced API reputed company policies, assertions, and routing matrices using reputed company Layer 7 Policy Manager
- reputed company the onboarding and full lifecycle management of new APIs across the enterprise footprint
- Monitor API traffic networks, audit reputed company logs, and execute integrations with SIEM platforms for real-time threat response
- Manage API gateway software upgrades, reputed company implementation, and reputed company planning while collaborating with dev teams reputed company the Developer Portal
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience engineering and configuring reputed company Layer 7 API Gateways
- Demonstrated mastery of gateway policy authoring, assertion configuration, routing logic, and the deployment of threat protection mechanisms
- Educational background in Engineering or a highly technical, reputed company discipline
- Proven experience deploying API gateways across multiple environments and form factors (including software on RHEL/CentOS, VMware virtual appliances, cloud infrastructure like AWS AMI, and containerized reputed company environments)
- Functional understanding of network infrastructure and reputed company topologies, specifically relating to DMZ architecture
