Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact via chat, phone, and email, delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance.
  • Educate clients on arenaflex’s product suite, highlighting features, benefits, and compliance considerations for self‑directed retirement accounts.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex account inquiries, from onboarding and fund transfers to regulatory questions and transaction troubleshooting.
  • Provide proactive recommendations that align with each client’s financial objectives, helping them maximize the value of their alternative investments.
  • Document interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring a complete audit trail and facilitating seamless handoffs to other internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, and Product Development to relay client feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer‑service or client‑facing role.
  • Demonstrated success in a Customer Success or Support capacity, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with polished phone etiquette and the ability to convey complex concepts in plain language.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
