Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Hartford, CT - Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: We are seeking an reputed company Scrum Master to support a high-performing shared services team reputed company the Frameworks & Services organization. The team is responsible for developing and implementing Java-based microservices that support multiple business initiatives across the reputed company. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to reputed company Scrum teams through reputed company technology initiatives. This role requires reputed company collaboration with business and technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of software solutions. Required Qualifications 4–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Agile at Scale. Experience leading software development teams in Agile environments. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience with resource planning, project tracking, and delivery management. Strong proficiency with reputed company Office 365 and Agile project management tools. Self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of formal Project Management experience. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, and hybrid delivery models. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and reputed company planning. Technical understanding of modern Java applications, microservices, and software delivery processes. Experience supporting reputed company-scale technology programs. reputed company industry experience preferred. Familiarity with reputed company or large reputed company systems is a plus. Education Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Stakeholder Management Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Teams, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
