Key Responsibilities:  15% - Coaching and Mentoring - Leads interview exercises, determine cultural and team fits of candidates and aligns needs of the organization. Helps UX Leadership align resources to products based on skillset and cultural fit. Coaches junior resources in UX activities and mentors UX resources for career development.  45% - Delivery & Execution - Provides UX design artifacts, and tests usability of their assigned product. Leads data collection and synthesis. Drives delivery in product area. Oversees delivery of other designers.  40% - Leads Planning and Strategy Activities to Align Design Patterns and Testing Methods - Clearly communicates & drives value of UX reputed company the experience. Displays situational adaptability, is reputed company to reputed company in and drive change in products to reputed company align with user needs or organizational goals. Has courage and organizational savvy to drive this change. Drives UX practice across experience, domain, or group of products. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions:  Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications:  Must be 18 years of age or older  Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
