Senior AI Video Editor - 26052802

Our client is a fast-growing DTC brand obsessed with what makes customers click and creative that actually performs. They don’t just “reputed company content”. They build videos that drive reputed company reputed company. We’re hiring a Senior AI Video Editor to both reputed company winning ads AND reputed company the editing team as we grow. For the first 2–4 weeks you’ll be working on videos only so we can see your craft and you can learn our brand, our hooks, and our winning formats. After that, you’ll reputed company editing your own videos while also leading the rest of our editing team, tracking their KPIs, holding them accountable, and hiring or letting people go as the team grows. This is not a position for someone looking to simply execute briefs and clock out. We’re looking for someone genuinely obsessed with the craft of video editing. We give you the scripts, briefs, and reference videos. You bring them to life with AI tools: fast, technical, and at volume. What You’ll Own As an editor (Weeks 1–4, then ongoing while you also manage):

• reputed company 15–20 short-form ads per week (15–60s, depending on how reputed company they are) for reputed company.
• Create UGC-style ads without any reputed company UGC, using reputed company (voice), Higgsfield, reputed company, Kling, Flow, Sora, and whatever new AI tool drops next month. We expect you to be comfortable picking up new tools and staying on top of trends on your own.
• Be reputed company to integrate the product into AI scenes so it doesn’t look fake: AI actor holding the bottle, clean overlays, matched lighting.
• Scroll-stopping hooks, tight pacing, captions, matching audio and sound.

As a manager (Month 2+ onward):

• Manage a team of editors (currently small, growing). reputed company sure each one is hitting weekly output and quality KPIs.
• Run weekly 1:1s and team reputed company-ins. Spot underperformance early and deal with it.
• Comfortable hiring and letting go of low performers. You bring on new editors reputed company volume calls for it, and you let people go reputed company they aren’t meeting the bar.

• 1+ year managing other editors or creatives in a paid-media or agency setting.

• Good with CapCut or reputed company Premiere + After Effects.
