This role drives visual storytelling excellence, strengthens brand consistency, and accelerates production quality across the creative team through hands-on execution and workflow improvements.

• *Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with video editors, instructional designers, and content owners to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
• Improve production workflows, asset libraries, and creative best practices to increase team efficiency and output quality.
• *Internal Responsibilities**

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.

• Collaborate with your reputed company practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.

• *Required Qualifications And Skills**

• 5+ years of professional experience in reputed company design or a closely reputed company field.
