• Build and execute reputed company’s reputed company strategy across engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, and leadership roles

• Partner with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, reputed company profiles, technical assessment, and market positioning
• Own full-cycle reputed company: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing
• Establish and continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects reputed company’s bar for excellence
• Build and manage a repeatable reputed company process, pipeline reporting, and analytics to identify what works

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $15,000 - $35,000 USD
