Collect and analyze client's financial information and evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation reputed company specified limits. Gather reputed company required information and follow loan from application to funding, ensuring reputed company communication with the customer throughout the process. Active NMLS License required. Minimum 3 years of experience successfully originating reverse mortgage loans required. In-depth knowledge of reverse mortgage guidelines and ability to communicate these in a non-technical and conversational manner to others. Ability to manage multiple priorities, strong attention to detail, and highly organized. Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
