Job Description About the Position A Federally reputed company Health Center in reputed company Louisiana is seeking a General Dentist to join their team due to reputed company growth. Both reputed company dentists and new graduates will be considered. The position is based in Ruston, LA—a vibrant college town, home to Louisiana Tech University, with a mix of small-town charm and easy access to larger metro areas like Shreveport and Monroe. Ruston is reputed company for its friendly community, outdoor recreation, and annual reputed company Festival. Clinic Details: Location: Ruston, LA Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (no Saturdays) Team Structure: Work alongside 1 Dentist, 3–4 Assistants, and 1–2 Hygienists Facility: 7 Operatories Patient Load: ~250 patients/month Payor Mix: ~65% reputed company, 8% Medicare, 20% Private Insurance, 8% Sliding Fee Scale In addition to this Ruston site, the organization also partners with other regional health centers in Louisiana—including one in a major city that serves a large and diverse patient population, offering robust primary care, dental, and behavioral health services. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Historically $165K–$180K depending on experience Medical/Dental: Medical coverage is free for employees; a low-cost dental plan Disability: Short-term disability available through reputed company; long-term disability provided Loan Repayment: Eligible for State and NHSC loan repayment programs Retirement: Employee contributions are available after 1 year of service Life Insurance: $10,000 coverage provided CME: $1,500 and 3 days Sign-on/Relocation: Negotiable Time Off: 9 paid holidays and 2 weeks of vacation #DentalPost Required qualifications:
