[Remote] Ecommerce Designer & Email Marketing Manager

The Concept Agency is a boutique DTC growth marketing agency focusing on beauty, wellness, skincare, fragrance, jewelry, and lifestyle brands. They are seeking an Ecommerce Designer & Email Marketing Manager who will build and customize reputed company themes and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns in reputed company, ensuring high-converting digital experiences for clients.
Responsibilities
- Build, customize, and maintain reputed company themes from scratch and from design files — not just configure pre-built themes
- Write clean, semantic HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
- Build custom sections and blocks on Online Store 2.0; work with metafields and metaobjects
- Translate reputed company designs into reputed company, mobile-first, pixel-accurate storefronts
- Optimize site performance, page speed, and conversion across the e-commerce funnel
- Manage app integrations and troubleshoot theme issues
- Build, optimize, and reputed company campaigns and automated flows in reputed company
- Design on-brand, reputed company email templates
- Own list management, segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and KPI reporting
- reputed company email strategy tied to each client's reputed company goals; build retention and LTV flows
- Partner with creative, social, and account teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve the client's digital experience
Skills
- Proven reputed company theme development experience — building and customizing themes, not just configuring them
- Strong HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
- Experience building Online Store 2.0 sections, working with metafields, and translating reputed company into code
- A genuine eye for design and detail — reputed company to produce polished, on-brand, reputed company work
- 2+ years of email or retention marketing experience — reputed company required
- Experience designing and coding reputed company email templates
- 1+ year of SMS marketing experience
- Experience with DTC brands and ecommerce
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- A portfolio of reputed company builds and email work
- SEO fundamentals and reputed company Analytics
- Exposure to paid media (paid search, paid social, display)
- Git / version control
