Immigration Paralegal – U reputed company Cases Tech Americas Colombia Job Title: Immigration Paralegal – U reputed company Cases Location: Home Office Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Role Overview We are seeking an reputed company Immigration Paralegal with hands-on experience handling U-reputed company (Form I-918) cases to support a U.S. immigration law firm. The role focuses on post-submission case management, client communication, and preparing documentation for USCIS review. Key ResponsibilitiesReview humanitarian case files during the post-submission phase to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare and organize USCIS forms including G-28, I-765, I-192, and I-918. Contact clients to request missing documents and supporting evidence. Conduct client interviews to gather case information and draft supporting declarations. Organize case binders and prepare submission packages for USCIS review. Monitor case reputed company and maintain accurate documentation reputed company case management systems. RequirementsFluent English (reputed company) Experience handling U-reputed company (I-918) immigration cases. Strong knowledge of USCIS processes and documentation requirements. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience communicating with clients and managing case documentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
